Return Policy

REMEMBER TO INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY.
If any of your merchandise arrives damaged or with visible defects, please contact our customer service department immediately. Damages and defects not reported within three (3) days of receipt of order will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of underwear, unless they are defective.

We will, however, accept returns and exchanges for all other products, within 14 days after your order is placed. Merchandise must be in its original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund. Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes when affecting a return. All samples and gifts with purchases need to be returned unused if the entire order is being returned or if the item offering the gift with purchase is being returned. Unfortunately, and without exception, we will not accept returns or exchanges on open or used items.

If you would like to return an unused/unopened item, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please have available the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the item(s). All return authorizations are valid for no more than fourteen (14) days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be received by our returns department within the fourteen (14) day time period. Shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for returned goods is the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed by Pharcan Inc.

The original invoice must accompany all returned merchandise. Please indicate the Return Authorization Number on the original invoice and address your package to:

Please pack merchandise securely in its original shipping package and send it insured via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or any other transport company. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused items, if approved, we will E-mail a credit confirmation for the cost of the merchandise less all applicable shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes. Refunds will not be issued until the merchandise has been received by Pharcan Inc. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing your return once we receive it. We ask that you allow a delay of two monthly billing cycles before seeing the credit appear on your credit card or debit card statement.

We suggest the following to avoid duties and/or taxes on returned merchandise:
For packages being returned to Canada from the United States or other countries please mark on your waybill 'RETURNED MERCHANDISE', ' NO COMMERCIAL VALUE'. As well, include a copy of the original packing slip on the outside of your package. On these slips please circle the item(s) being returned, and adjust the total amount of the shipment to show the dollar value of the item(s) that is/are being returned. Please check with your transport company for any further requirements.
